Luxe PM Agent End-User License Agreement
Effective date: September 29, 2026
Application: Luxe PM Agent Accounting, the accounting connection for Luxe PM Agent.
Please read the Privacy Notice together with this agreement.
1. Operator and purpose
Georgia Luxe Outdoors LLC operates Luxe PM Agent and Luxe PM Agent Accounting. These legal pages are hosted on the website of its parent, U.S. Luxe Outdoors LLC. Website hosting does not change the application's operator.
Luxe PM Agent is an internal business tool for authorized project and accounting review. It can read authorized records, match evidence to projects, calculate provisional costs, identify information gaps and prepare working documents. Access is limited to people Georgia Luxe Outdoors LLC authorizes.
2. Permission to use the application
Georgia Luxe Outdoors LLC grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the application for assigned Luxe business purposes. This permission ends when access is withdrawn. Users may access only the companies, accounts, projects and records they are authorized to use.
Users must not bypass access restrictions, share connection credentials, impersonate another user, or use the application to obtain unrelated customer, worker or financial information. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the application or source records.
3. QuickBooks authorization and read-only operation
An authorized QuickBooks company owner controls the company's connection through Intuit's consent process. The connection is held pending company and account verification before it is made available to the PM Agent's accounting reader.
Intuit's accounting OAuth scope is broader than read-only access. Luxe PM Agent Accounting enforces GET-only access to accounting records in the application. OAuth authorization, token refresh and revocation use Intuit's separate authentication operations; they do not authorize accounting mutations.
Connecting QuickBooks does not enable creation, modification or deletion of accounting records. Accounting writes require separate authority and separately enabled controls. This connection does not authorize a future bookkeeping application to write records.
4. Review of working documents and business actions
Calculations, recommendations and generated documents are working material for human review. Missing, stale or conflicting evidence can limit their accuracy. Users should review cited records, assumptions and unresolved items before making decisions.
An Agent recommendation does not itself constitute a formal project-gate acceptance, purchasing approval, payment authorization, customer promise or schedule commitment. Financial reconciliation, technical design and field verification remain distinct responsibilities. Photos and sales descriptions alone do not establish code compliance, concealed-work quality, structural adequacy or completion.
Messages, purchases, payments, accounting changes, schedule changes and publication require the separate authority and controls applicable to those actions. This agreement and a QuickBooks connection do not grant that authority.
5. Security and information handling
Users must protect their accounts and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not place passwords, verification codes, API keys or connection secrets in chats, project documents or model prompts. QuickBooks connection credentials and tokens must remain within the restricted connection infrastructure and must never be included in model prompts, user-facing application responses or project documents.
The Privacy Notice describes the information the application handles, its service providers and the process for requesting access, correction or deletion. Luxe may suspend access when credentials, company identity, project boundaries or authorized use cannot be verified.
6. Disconnection, changes and ending access
The authorized company owner may request disconnection through the available owner-controlled connection process or contact projects@galuxeoutdoors.com for assistance. Confirmed revocation stops future reads through that grant. If revocation cannot be confirmed, the connection is held for operator review rather than represented as successfully disconnected.
Disconnection or termination of access does not automatically erase retained project records, audit history or backups. Record requests are reviewed as described in the Privacy Notice. Luxe may update or discontinue the internal service and will identify revised terms with an updated effective date.
